Bouncing up to the booth with a smile that spells mischief, you’d be forgiven for thinking this Melbourne-born beauty was well acquainted with touring the Australian nightclub scene. However, with her swift rise in the industry over the past 12 months, Kate Foxx is making her mark as an energetic and passionate performer and has no signs of slowly down. Her recognizable, distinct taste in music, along with a passion for providing a solid party have already brought focus internationally with her debut release on Moon Records & mix series receiving attention worldwide and bringing with them legions of fans.
With a background in singing, there’s no surprise that vocal tracks are always a key feature of each set, mixed to create a journey that leaves those who encounter her performances wanting more. For this Foxx, there’s no better high than enjoying music with others – having fun with the lively crowds she keeps – gaining their attention and keeping it.
Whether she’s behind the decks or in the studio, Kate is never one to stop moving. Working on her own originals and developing her unique sound for the past two years, Kate is currently working on tracks with several established Australian producers, firmly planting her foot in the industry and showing us she’s here to stay.
